By checking below, the participant does hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge THE TOWN OF OCEAN CITY, COMMANDER HOTEL INC., COMMANDER HOTEL LLC., CROPPERS, INC., CC CUSTOMS, OCEAN CITY 4X4 LLC, and LIVE WIRE MEDIA LLC, their agents, servants, employees, their successors and assigns, and all other persons or entities or corporations (hereinafter, collectively the “RELEASED PARTIES”), from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, claims and demands, damages, costs, loss of services, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected to the events of OCEAN CITY JEEP WEEK 2023.
By does hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the RELEASED PARTIES from any and all lawsuits, demands, fines, penalties, or other claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, arising out of or in any personal injuries or damages resulting from OCEAN CITY JEEP WEEK 2023.
All persons participating in the events shall be required to sign a Release and Indemnity Form.
By checking below, the participant acknowledges that he or she has read the foregoing and understands the foregoing, and expressly ASSUMES THE RISK of all damages, whether personal injury, property damage or otherwise.
The Ocean City Jeep Week Promise
This week will be a celebration of Jeep culture in the beautiful Ocean City, Maryland. What began with a tightly-knit group of Jeep enthusiasts who wanted to come together and show off Lifts, Mods, Crawl Speeds and Off-Roading capabilities have organically grown through the conversations of Jeep Lovers to be one of the premier Jeep events in the Mid-Atlantic Region. We promise to keep Ocean City Jeep Week an event for Jeep Lovers by Jeep Lovers who follow these core values:
Passion: We love Jeeps and everything they represent: freedom, capability, and customization. We strive to continually modify, lift, and tweak our show to be the best it can be.
Responsibility: We respect and preserve nature. We appreciate all the trails and obstacles she provides. We are responsible visitors and locals that leave only our footprints behind and appreciate Ocean City’s gracious hospitality.
Community: As Jeep Lovers, we know our community is local, national, and international. We strive to support and encourage fellow Jeep Lovers and assist when there is a need.
