Wristbands are required for all attendees ages 12+ who will be riding in registered Jeeps during events, spectating at Jeep Jam, and visiting Jeep Week HQ vendors. (This is only for any additional people beyond the 2 because vehicle registration includes driver and 1 passenger badges, they will not need wristbands.
